Intrigo: Death of an Author

A film trilogy directed by Daniel Alfredson ('The Girl Who Played with Fire', 'The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest'), based on novellas by acclaimed Swedish crime-mystery author Håkan Nesser. Three parts: 'Death of an Author', 'Dear Agnes' and 'Samaria' share the narrative structure and are connected by motives of guilt, revenge and atonement.

A unique and atmospheric filming location was secured within a historic lighthouse, offering a distinctive and visually striking setting for key scenes.
