The Union

Mike (Mark Wahlberg), a down-to-earth construction worker, is thrust into the world of super spies and secret agents when his high school sweetheart, Roxanne (Halle Berry), recruits him on a high-stakes US intelligence mission.

This project took two full units operating across three different countries. The action sequences pulled out all the stops—explosions, squibs, blank-firing weapons, and high-speed car chases. One of the most ambitious elements was a full-scale replica of a historic coastal street, built from scratch using 30 shipping containers, cranes, and an enormous artificial sun lamp. The level of coordination required to close off entire city streets and keep a 950-person crew moving efficiently was nothing short of military precision.
